About the Job:

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5:00pm

We are one of the most prominent Personal Injury Law Firms in New England looking for the right individual to expand our in-person office staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has strong organizational skills, phone skills, intake skills, and good communication skills.

Duties include:

Morning Tasks: Collecting the mail from the post office, getting coffee, etc.
Closing Tasks: Locking all doors, emptying trash, setting phones to after-hours, etc.
General Errands: Bringing packages to FedEx/the post office, going to the bank, etc.
Answering the phone and transferring calls.
New client intakes.
Handling and managing cases, drafting letters, compiling and requesting records, recording client expenses, maintaining client relationships.
Drafting demands, retrieving information from files.
Online and physical filing, office maintenance/tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Must be self-motivated, pro-active and a fast learner.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
Proficient in Microsoft Word.
Paralegal Certificate encouraged but not required.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
